Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — they constitute a binding agreement between you and 1xbid.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members" or "users") of the 1xbid platform and its services. By creating an account or using the services at 1xbid, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
1xbid is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them in full, and contact our support team if you have any questions.
1xbid reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met in order to use 1xbid services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 or above.
- You must participate voluntarily and of your own judgment. Operating an account under pressure from any third party is prohibited.
- The account must be in your own name, and placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
Warning: If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately upon discovery and the balance may be confiscated.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account at 1xbid, you must provide accurate and complete information. The right to cancel any account registered with false information is reserved.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
1xbid may verify a member's identity at any time for the purposes of security and fraud prevention. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- National Identity Card (NID) or a copy of your passport
- Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
- Proof of current address (utility bill or similar)
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify 1xbid's support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
1xbid currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction for each method. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500, and processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.
4.4 Transaction Cancellation
Once a deposit has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins — contact us via live chat for assistance.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
1xbid offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, so you start playing with ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 Other Promotions
1xbid runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed alongside the relevant offer.
Warning: Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — will be considered promotion abuse and may result in account cancellation.
5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses
If a member violates bonus terms, 1xbid reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are considered valid only after they have been confirmed by the 1xbid system. No bet is final until a confirmation screen or notification has been received.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a bet remains incomplete due to a system or connectivity issue, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the member's account.
6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
1xbid reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit for specific games or markets. This limit may vary by game and market.
6.4 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded. For live betting, no bet can be cancelled once placed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in account closure and balance confiscation:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to bet or play games.
- Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Bonus abuse — such as placing opposing bets or manipulating bets for a guaranteed profit.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members or colluding to gain an unfair advantage.
- Behaving in a discourteous or threatening manner toward 1xbid staff.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by 1xbid
1xbid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Evidence of involvement in illegal activity
- In accordance with a legal order or directive from the authorities
8.2 Closure by the Member
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before requesting account closure. Contact [email protected] to close your account.
8.3 Voluntary Break

Privacy & Data Protection
1xbid gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. All data is secured with SSL encryption and is not sold or transferred to third parties.
Your information is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, processing financial transactions, and complying with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
1xbid always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 1xbid is not liable for any losses in such situations.
10.2 Financial Losses
Betting and casino games carry financial risk. 1xbid is not responsible for any betting losses incurred by a member. Members are considered to have participated with full awareness of the risks involved.
10.3 Third-Party Services
1xbid is not liable for any issues with payment gateways or other third-party services, but is always ready to assist in finding a resolution.

Amendment of Terms

If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, you may request closure of your account.
